Hi everybody, these are my Under the sea nails, what do you think? They remind me of waves I'm liking nice rich tones at the moment. This a good quick alternative to water marble nails (it looks kinda similar) if you haven't got the time or patience for the clean up. I created them in exactly the same way as cloud nails are done but with more layers...just keep building up (keep the layers of polish thin though if you are doing a few colours or it'll never dry!)
This is another entry for Twinkle twinkles 'Summer of color challenge' (click links for individual posts) the photo inspiration was amazing again, I didnt get such an acurate colour match this week but I still had fun making my entry.
The colours for the design were meant to be based on this 'wild and wreckless' icecream ... I didnt manage to get them turquoise enough I think, I still like the look but yeah it should definatley be a lot lighter if it was too match better...

Doesn't the ice cream look tempting though! I heard it's like bubblegum flavour - I showed my friend the pic and they got sooo excited because they've had this flavour and loved it... I do like bubble gum flavour ice lollies..never tried it in icecream form but bet its gooooooood!
In other news I have been being trying to be a domestic goddess this week (as best I can) ..I made maryland cookies for my boyfriend and re-ordered my chaotic wardrobe.. (that made me really need to eat 1 of those boyfriend cookies though) lol I did tell him they were all for him so I hope he doesn't read my blog today haha busted (tbh I think he was humouring me -I really doubt he believed that I didnt eat any yet).
Yum they are choc chip maryland cookies but I used choc with small nut chips in which I chopped up in place of choc chips...it worked really good ^_^
Hehe...
Hope you like them anyway, have a great weekend everybody...if in doubt bake some cookies that usually puts a smile on everyones face!
