Casas con cactus nails

(houses with cactus nails)

I made some new nail art yesterday, the weather is really nice here right now so it's good for bright fun designs.
I started with a white base before sponging on the greens and blues, I used a fine nail art brush to paint on the little houses and plants.
This hand painted cactus pot was my inspiration - I brought it as a gift for my sister she did a blog post about it you can read it here to find out what she named him ^_^ and I just love the photos she took as well!
I hope you like them, I really love the idea of having a mini landscape to look at.. my nails are like little windows looking out to somewhere interesting - I want to try some other styles of landscapes, I know there is lots of cool asian lanscape art and I've seen other hand painted styles on holiday souveneirs before with beaches and palm trees .. ooh I'm thinking of lots of ideas now!  I like to get inspired by and try out different styles in my nail designs it almost always leads to new exciting things.
Thanks for reading, I'll be back soon x
